Criminal Clearance: Criminal Clearances FINGERPRINT CARDS have been sent to you via regular mail. If you need additional cards, contact JCCA at 212-558-9949.

Optional: Fingerprint results on New York State Letterhead.
Your adoption placement agency willl tell you if these are needed. They can be obtained at http://www.nycourts.gov/apps/chrs or http://criminaljustice.state.ny.us/ojis/recordreview.htm
