Foster Home Services including The Cottage Schools, our residential campus in Pleasantville, NY provide infants and children, most of whom have been abused or neglected, with a safe and nurturing environment while their families work toward a plan for permanency. Give now >>

TWO TOGETHER TUTORING PROGRAM
Founded in 1971, Two Together is a city-wide program providing free individualized tutoring to more than 100 schoolchildren, ages 8-18, annually. Volunteers from the community meet weekly one-on-one with a child who needs help. The volunteers are trained and supported by a professional staff. Give Now>>

The 1822 Society is Jewish Child Care Association’s program for honoring and thanking alumni and friends who have arranged a bequest or planned gift to the organization.

You may give a percentage of your estate or property, securities, or real estate.

Give a Gift of Stock

Gifts of appreciated securities, closely held stock and mutual funds can be extremely beneficial—to both you and JCCA. Giving stock that has been held longer than one year allows you to avoid paying any capital gains tax that would otherwise be due. In addition, you can claim a charitable income tax deduction for the fair market value of the stock on the date on which it was transferred, not just its worth when you acquired it.
