Mental Health Care Coordinator
The Mental Health Care Coordinator is responsible for enabling families and their Seriously Emotionally Disturbed child(ren) to develop the highest level of functioning by utilizing critical clinical interventions, assisting the family in identifying its strengths and needs, and coordinating care through a network of providers and the county system of care.
