Meet Our Therapists!

William “Bill” Madden, LCSW

William “Bill” Madden, LCSW

I am an LCSW who graduated from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service in 1994.  I have worked extensively in mental health settings including outpatient mental health, long term residences, interim housing and even within New York City’s shelter system. A particular area of expertise is assessment and diagnosis, which I taught on the graduate level for many years.

I am an empathic and caring clinician, who has always brought a sense of joy and humor as well as understanding and compassion to my work with all the populations with whom I have worked.  I very much believe in looking for the strength that clients bring to the therapy setting and have always considered the looking at the individual in their specific environment or situation as the starting point of growth and change.
