Louis Jaffe
Lou is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of KingsRock Advisors, a financial services firm. Prior to KingsRock, Lou was the Co-Founder/President of Montrock48 Capital, an alternative asset manager that invested in discretionary global macro themes.
Before co-founding Montrock48, Lou held various roles at Deutsche Bank over a 24-year period. From 2008 to 2015, Lou ran Deutsche Bank’s Institutional Client Group Debt Americas, a team of roughly 200 people responsible for the distribution of all fixed income products, including structured solutions, credit, emerging markets, securitized products, foreign exchange, interest rate, and listed derivatives. Previously, Lou was the Head of the Integrated Credit Sales Group.
At DB, Lou was a member of the North America Corporate Banking and Securities Executive Committee, Institutional Client Group Global Executive Committee, and the Global Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Executive Committee. Lou worked at Bankers Trust from 1991 to 1999 as a member of the credit derivatives group, when the firm was acquired by Deutsche Bank.
Lou served as Chair of the JCCA Board from 2022-2025 and President from 2019-2021. Lou earned a BA in Political Science/Psychology from Syracuse University.
