Almost every year, the children on JCCA’s Pleasantville campus host a special dinner to show volunteers just how much they are valued. Unfortunately, the dinner is one of many special events our young people have had to miss during the pandemic. But they still wanted to do something to show their love —and decided to make a short film.
Working with a professional videographer, the young people shared lighting, camera, and sound duties. Taking turns as director, interviewer, or even fixing each others’ hair, this wonderful piece is a true campus production—just in time for the volunteers to return to campus!
