Heather Netrosio
Heather Netrosio is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Client & Marketing Strategy at RBC Capital Markets, where she leads brand and client engagement strategy across the firm’s U.S. investment banking, sales & trading, and corporate banking businesses. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services marketing, she has built and scaled institutional brands at leading global firms including J.P. Morgan and Citigroup. Heather also serves as a Global AI Champion at RBC, advising teams on responsible applications of emerging technologies, and is a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence & Digital Innovation Global Steering Committee.
Heather holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, and is certified in Professional Coaching from the International Coaching Federation. She lives in Tarrytown, NY with her husband.
