Kirill Azovtsev

Kirill Azovtsev is a Vice Chairman at Savills in New York, where he advises leading companies on complex real estate strategy, with a focus on office leasing, portfolio optimization, and long-term occupancy planning. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 700 transactions totaling over $5 billion and 10 million square feet, representing a wide range of global clients across technology, financial services, and professional services sectors. 

Kirill immigrated to the United States in 2004 and has since built his career through a disciplined, hands-on approach to real estate, developing deep expertise across leasing, construction, and capital planning. He is known for his strategic mindset, calm leadership in high-pressure negotiations, and ability to identify creative solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for his clients.

In addition to his professional work, Kirill is actively engaged in community service and has been involved with organizations supporting children and families in need, including his volunteer work with JCCA’s Pleasantville Cottage School. 

He resides in Westchester, New York, with his family and their dog, Miki. Outside of work, Kirill is an avid athlete and enjoys tennis, squash, golf, and padel.
