Rich Leimsider

Rich Leimsider is a proven social sector leader and proud generalist, innovating at the intersection of inclusive management and social impact. Rich founded and currently directs the national AI for Nonprofits Sprint. In 2026 the AI Sprint will help 100,000 nonprofit staff at 1,000 nonprofits reach basic AI literacy. In 2022 he founded and ran the PSLF.nyc and PSLF.us Campaigns – helping 70,000 Americans access $4.6 billion in student loan relief through the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.


Previously, Rich was Executive Director of the immigration nonprofit Safe Passage Project as the organization quadrupled in size to serve 1,500 children actively being deported by the US government. As VP of Fellowship Programs at Echoing Green he created new programs on Climate Change and Black Male Achievement. At the Aspen Institute he served as Founding Director of the Center for Business Education. Rich is a graduate of Williams College, Harvard Business School, and NYC public schools. He currently serves as board member at JCCA, Nonprofit New York and on the NYC Bar Association’s Subcommittee on AI and Access to Justice. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and children.
